Spa Policies - These policies are put in place to ensure security for my business. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns. Late Policy - 10 minutes - Fee $15.00 Clients who are 10 minutes late will need to pay a late fee on top of the service fee. No add ons can be performed. You may be asked to reschedule. If rescheduling is necessary, you are still required to pay the late fee and rescheduling fee. No Show Policy - 15+ minutes - Fee 100% of Service Clients who do not come to their scheduled appointment or are 15+ minutes late, will be charged a No-Show Fee and are required to reschedule. If a client No-Shows two times, they will be excused from my books. Cancellation Policy - 48 Hour Notice - Fee 50% of Service - 24 Hour Notice - Fee 75% Clients are required to give a at least a 24-hour notice if they are unable to make it to their scheduled appointment. If the cancelation is less than 24-hours in advance, the cancellation fee will be charged. If the client does not give 24-hour notice two times, they will be excused from my books. Rescheduling - 24 Hour Notice - Fee $15 Clients that need to reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a $15 fee for Rescheduling. Card on File - No Unnecessary Fees Will Be Charged I require a card on file for every client. This is to ensure that all policies will be kept and all fees will be paid. If fees go unpaid, you will be removed from my books. Please note, none of your information is visible to me, and no unnecessary charges will ever be made. Full payment of past fees and services is required to book with me if you’ve ever previously been removed from my books.
