Chronobiology focuses on understanding the skin’s natural rhythms to support optimal skin health, while skin science incorporates the latest research and technology to provide effective, evidence-based treatments and professional skincare. At Willow Tree Esthetics, skincare is more than just treatment, it’s an opportunity to learn about self-care, confidence, and long-term skin health. Services are available for all ages, including children and teens, because healthy habits can begin at any stage of life. After-hours appointments may be available by request. Please use the waitlist feature if you need a time not currently available on the booking calendar. 💜 Juniper’s Service 💜 In Loving Memory of Juniper Joan johnson February 16, 2026 12:59pm – 2:06pm "Too Precious for Earth" Juniper’s Service was created by a mother who understands the heartbreak of pregnancy and infant loss. Before losing Juniper, I experienced several early miscarriages and a long fertility journey. Those experiences taught me how quiet and isolating pregnancy loss can feel. Every pregnancy is meaningful, and every loss deserves to be acknowledged and honored. Juniper was a deeply loved and long-awaited daughter. Though her time with us was far too short, her life has forever changed our family. After experiencing her loss, I was shown incredible kindness and compassion during one of the most difficult moments of my life. That love inspired me to create something meaningful in Juniper’s memory. Juniper’s Service exists to offer comfort and care to parents navigating miscarriage, preterm birth, stillbirth, and infant loss. My hope is that every parent who comes through my door will feel seen, supported, and gently cared for, no matter how early or late their loss occurred. This service is offered in loving memory of Juniper, a treasured and beloved part of our family.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Spa Policies - These policies are put in place to ensure the security of our business. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns. Late Policy - 10 minutes - Fee $15.00 Clients who are 10 minutes late will need to pay a late fee on top of the service fee. No add ons can be performed. You may be asked to reschedule. If rescheduling is necessary, you are still required to pay the late fee and rescheduling fee. No Show Policy - 15+ minutes - Fee 100% of Service Clients who do not come to their scheduled appointment or are 15+ minutes late will be charged a No-Show Fee and are required to reschedule. If a Client No-Shows two times, they will be excused from our books. Cancellation Policy - 48 Hour Notice Fee 50% of Service - 24 Hour Notice Fee 75% Clients are required to give at least a 24-hour notice if they are unable to make it to their scheduled appointment. If the cancelation is less than 24 hours in advance, the cancellation fee will be charged. If the Client does not give 24-hour notice two times, they will be excused from our books. Rescheduling - 24 Hour Notice - Fee $15 Clients that need to reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a $15 fee for Rescheduling. Card on File - No Unnecessary Fees Will Be Charged We require a card on file for every Client. This is to ensure that all policies will be kept and all fees will be paid. If fees go unpaid, you will be removed from my books. Please note that none of your information is visible to us, and no unnecessary charges will ever be made. Full payment of past fees and services is required to book an appointment if you’ve ever previously been removed from our books. Credit & Debit Cards - Processing Fee 3.5% We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Visa/Mastercard Gift Cards. Please note that Visa/Master Card Gift Cards can only be used in person. They can not be used to book an appointment online or be a card on file. A service charge of 3.5% will be applied to all card purchases. For your convenience, Clients may avoid this extra fee by paying with cash!
