Before losing Juniper, I experienced the pain of early first-trimester miscarriages and a long fertility journey. I understand the quiet grief that can come with early loss and how easily those experiences can feel overlooked or minimized. Every pregnancy is deeply meaningful, and every loss deserves to be acknowledged and honored. Juniper is a deeply loved and long-awaited daughter. She was wanted, cherished, and dreamed of long before we ever held her in our arms. Her life, though far too short, has forever changed our family and left a lasting imprint on our hearts. After experiencing the loss of Juniper, I was shown unexpected kindness and care during one of the most difficult times in my life. The compassion others offered me reminded me how important it is for grieving parents to feel supported and not alone. That love inspired me to create something meaningful in Juniper’s memory. Juniper’s Service exists to honor her life by offering comfort and care to parents walking through miscarriage, preterm labor, stillbirth and infant loss. Providing this service is also part of my own healing journey, a way for Juniper’s life to continue bringing light and comfort to others. It is my hope that through this service, every parent who comes through my door will feel seen, supported, and gently cared for, no matter how early or late their loss occurred. Juniper will always be a treasured and beloved part of our family, and this service is offered in her loving memory.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Spa Policies - These policies are put in place to ensure the security of our business. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns. Late Policy - 10 minutes - Fee $15.00 Clients who are 10 minutes late will need to pay a late fee on top of the service fee. No add ons can be performed. You may be asked to reschedule. If rescheduling is necessary, you are still required to pay the late fee and rescheduling fee. No Show Policy - 15+ minutes - Fee 100% of Service Clients who do not come to their scheduled appointment or are 15+ minutes late will be charged a No-Show Fee and are required to reschedule. If a Client No-Shows two times, they will be excused from our books. Cancellation Policy - 48 Hour Notice Fee 50% of Service - 24 Hour Notice Fee 75% Clients are required to give at least a 24-hour notice if they are unable to make it to their scheduled appointment. If the cancelation is less than 24 hours in advance, the cancellation fee will be charged. If the Client does not give 24-hour notice two times, they will be excused from our books. Rescheduling - 24 Hour Notice - Fee $15 Clients that need to reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a $15 fee for Rescheduling. Card on File - No Unnecessary Fees Will Be Charged We require a card on file for every Client. This is to ensure that all policies will be kept and all fees will be paid. If fees go unpaid, you will be removed from my books. Please note that none of your information is visible to us, and no unnecessary charges will ever be made. Full payment of past fees and services is required to book an appointment if you’ve ever previously been removed from our books. Credit & Debit Cards - Processing Fee 3.5% We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Visa/Mastercard Gift Cards. Please note that Visa/Master Card Gift Cards can only be used in person. They can not be used to book an appointment online or be a card on file. A service charge of 3.5% will be applied to all card purchases. For your convenience, Clients may avoid this extra fee by paying with cash!
